general terms
If you'd like to commission me, please contact me through my email ([email protected]) for commercial orders or my Twitter DMs for private commissions.
All potential clients are required to state their intentions for usage for every commission.
I reserve the right to refuse any project.
Payment is done through PayPal only, unless I open limited slots on a particular work.
(i.e. YCHs, chibis, or anything experimental)
All my prices are set in USD currency only.
18+ artwork is for 18+ people only.
You shouldn't be following me if you're a minor, anyway.
I will not accept requests containing hate symbols, underaged or minor-passing OCs, nor gore and/or violent themes.
I hold the rights to all of the artwork I make, meaning I am allowed to post it on my social media and will always be the original creator of the artwork.
If you would like me to delay posting the art due to a planned debut or commissioning as a gift, please let me know and I would be happy to set another date to publish it.
I reserve the right to livestream and record the creation of the artwork for Twitch/Youtube.
An extra design fee will be applied if you do not have proper reference material.
Multiple photographs/images does not count as reference material. A written description does not count towards reference material. Video references are accepted but will not solely be accepted.
private commissions
For illustrations, I will provide you a watermarked version and a subtly watermarked version.
You are required to credit me via my Twitter handle if you post the work on social media.
You may use the illustration on your livestream for panels, slideshows, and icon with credit.
promotional rights and usage
Using your commission for your livestreaming banner, offline/online screens, thumbnails, or debut advertisements will require you to purchase promotional rights.
Streaming and promotional work will still come with a subtle watermark.
All banner, panel, alert, and emote work will come with streaming/promotional rights, and it will reflect on the invoice.
commercial commissions
You will likely not be purchasing a commercial commission unless you are planning to create merchandise from my art (prints, buttons, standees, clothing etc.) or you plan to change your private commission usage to a commercial venture. For the latter, please contact me privately and I can send an additional invoice to give you commercial rights to the piece.
Commercial work will be 2-3x base price.
alterations and changes
Major changes will only be allowed during the sketch phase.
After the sketch is confirmed by the client, major revisions that affect a large portion of the art (>25%) will be declined.
If you forget to send me specific references or details about your OC and need corrections during the lineart and coloring phase, it will be 10% of the base price. I will let you know if your change will incur any fees, and revision costs will be sent in an additional invoice before you receive the finished piece.
For minor changes, I will provide 3 maximum revisions before you are charged for them.
Unfortunately the time I spend on each revision I could have spent on another commission, so I have to set a limit on this.

deadlines
Commissions are typically finished in the order received.
Clients may and are encouraged to inquire about their place in the queue.
Commissions are not first come, first served.
Freelancing is not my full-time job, so there are no deadlines for my work.
I do not do rush orders. If you need it by a certain timeframe, let me know before I accept your commission.
refunds
You are entitled to a full refund up until I have begun your commission.
Sketching phase: 50% refund
Lining phase: 25% refund
Coloring phase: 0% refund
When I let you know that I have begun your commission it is in the sketching phase, regardless if you have received the sketch.
Altering your commission will blacklist you from any further commission work. This includes cropping, redrawing/overpainting, and removing my watermark.
If you would like adjustments, please reach out first or obtain my consent.
Minting NFTs is not allowed.
If you choose to sell your VTuber Brand (model, emotes, streaming material, and artwork), you are allowed to do so, as long as the new owner has read my ToS.
Using a private commission for commercial purposes not allowed.
